2023
The "Dynamically 2.0" laboratory
This project of the MEA Social Cooperative Society of Vicenza, carried out in collaboration with the ULSS 6 Euganea, includes pre-employment and socialization activities aimed at people with mental or intellectual disabilities and social difficulties.

This is the evolution of the initiative born in 2015 which takes the form of actions to support and include participants through assembly activities, educational, recreational, and social reintegration initiatives.
Processes of different complexity are designed to include in the work processes people with different manual skills.

Through its financial donations, Innovando has chosen to support the mission of the MEA Social Cooperative Society to accompany young people and adults in difficulty from a mental, social, or work point of view with dedicated initiatives.
Involvement of the MEA Social Cooperative Society in circular projects
One such European project, LIFE Re-Shoes, which aims at producing a new high-quality shoe model through the recycling of used footwear, involved MEA users in one part of the activities.
The innovative initiative introduces virtuous recycling practices as a new standard within the footwear industry supply chain. This is possible thanks to Innovando's physical service of collection, selection and treatment of end-of-life footwear products, enabled also by the digital monitoring of their movement through the iSystem platform.

The cooperative's users carried out the important task of applying QR codes to the worn shoes, creating the coupling between physical objects (shoes) and digital contents, the fundamental step in the digital revolution. It is this step that allows the subsequent monitoring of the flows of recycled materials until their reintroduction into the production processes in a circular manner. MEA users also carried out material preparation activities for the stores.

2022
"Let's Live Together" project
The project was carried out within the “Gruppo Appartamento” which welcomes adults with intellectual disabilities or psychiatric problems without a family unit, or for whom staying in the family unit is temporarily or permanently impossible.
Designed by the MEA Social Cooperative Society, the project aims to contribute to the management of people's daily lives, through the development of residual and emerging skills, as well as to encourage life experiences independent of the family of origin. The interventions are personalized according to the needs of each user and follow a rehabilitation-educational path aimed at social integration.

By participating in various initiatives together with other local entities and associations, Innovando aims to contribute to co-planning, campaigning and advocacy, in order to guarantee greater well-being for communities.
